Try the Aldenburg demo

Three stops, then pick a story. You can jump around once a PID (your digital ID) is in the wallet. Demo passwords are public on purpose.

Step 1

Install AldenWallet

AldenWallet is the holder app for iOS and Android. Store builds are on the way. Until then, the landing page has install notes and the privacy policy.

Step 2

Collect your PID at the Civil Registry

A PID is the town’s digital ID card: name, city, nationality, and whether you are over 18. Log in as a seeded citizen, create a credential offer, and scan the QR with AldenWallet.

Use anna / anna-demo (adult Anna) for most flows, or max / max-demo when you want an 18+ check to fail.

Open Civil Registry →

Step 3 — pick a story

Any of these work once the wallet holds a PID. University and Helix also have their own credentials (diploma, badge) when you want a longer path.

Pulse Arena

Buy tickets. For 18+ shows they only learn whether you are over 18 — not your name.

Aldenburg University

Graduates collect a diploma in their wallet. Employers can check it on the spot.

City Portal

Waste days, bike registration, padel courts — sign in with the wallet, not a password.

Helix Robotics

HR issues an employee badge. Reception scans it at the lab door.

Seeded demo accounts

Type these at the desks. They are not secret.

Not production identity. Aldenburg uses demo keys, a fictional trust list, and educational copy. It is not a certified EUDI wallet, qualified issuer, or national eID scheme.
